TCGIEnvData (cgi.zip)   is Free.
SendMail and GetMail are available from StarTech for $30.
MailForm application is $14.
TCGIDB      (cgidb.zip) is $39.

Registration entitles you to endless upgrades (downloads) for one year,
and a clear conscience.  If you register the email set, you will receive
the .hlp file for sendmail plus its source code.

There is extensive documentation including an installation guide
